Choose a Course & Institution
- Select a recognized institution in Singapore (e.g., Kaplan, MDIS, PSB Academy, etc.)
- Ensure the course is full-time and registered under the EduTrust-certified Private Education Institution.
- Apply directly or via an agent.
- Once accepted, the institute issues a Letter of Acceptance (LOA).
Submit Student Pass Application
- Apply online via SOLAR+ (Student’s Pass Online Application & Registration System)
- Required documents:
- Passport copy
- Passport-size photograph (recent)
- Offer Letter from institution
- Educational certificates
- Birth Certificate
- Personal Statement (if needed)
- Financial proof (bank statement/ITR)
- Visa application fee
DOCUMENTS
Pass Interview (if applicable):
- Some applications may require a telephonic or video interview.
Receive In-Principle Approval (IPA):
- Once approved, you’ll receive an IPA Letter, which serves as both a visa and entry approval.
Travel to Singapore:
- Carry your IPA letter and all supporting documents.
- Get your Student Pass issued at the ICA (Immigration & Checkpoints Authority) upon arrival.
Medical Checkup:
- Required after arrival; must be done in Singapore at an approved clinic.
